Sue, Jackie!

Jews for Jesus used Jackie Mason's likeness for a pamphlet outlining the differences between Jews and Christians. Anyone who has seen his act knows a good part of his schtick is the difference between Jew and Gentile -- and he's completely hilarious.

"While I have the utmost respect for people who practice the Christian faith, the fact is, as everyone knows, I am as Jewish as a matzo ball or kosher salami," the 75-year-old comedian said in documents filed in state Supreme Court in Manhattan.

I'm neither an attorney nor a judge, but I am a Christian: something tells me that using a comedian's likeness and schtick without credit or permission is wrong.

He's looking for $2million and the destruction of the pamphlets. Here's the article.
