Farmstand Recipes

Check out this link to the Food Network's farmstand page.

Tomatoes, peppers, melon, squash, corn, peaches, eggplant - they have recipes for all kinds of fresh produce. For those of us in the midst of a vegetable garden explosion, this is good news.

I've also included the Food Network in my links. And yes, I'll say it first: "Why would you include this when you don't have television?" Because it's a great resource, silly.

thanks to kate we're having an explosion of peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, squash, and the best tomatoes i've ever fed myself. i'm making tomatoe sandwiches out of a single inch-thick slice. it's just good bread, hellman's mayo, salt, pepper and a juicy slab of mater. i eat them over the sink and just let the juice run down my arms and drip off my elbows. put's me in white-trash heaven.

Not white-trash, my friend. It means you know how to eat a tomato sandwich properly.
